TCU Wrestling 5K & Relay

Virtual - sign up and run or walk at least a 5k (3.1 miles) August 1 or any day in August anywhere in the WORLD!

Non-virtual relay - August 1 on a predetermined route:

Coach Block will run from TCU Le Center to TCU High School

Coach Norgren will take it from there to TCU Lonsdale!

 

We will post the route and would love to have wrestlers, fans, friends, register and run or walk their 5k with us on the route (you will be responsible for your drop off and pick up on the route) to cheer us on and keep our spirits up! We would LOVE to have a running buddy or 2 or 3 throughout the route! Wanna walk your route on the relay?

 

Coach Block will hit the road at 8:00 am, leaving from the lower lot by the track.

Estimated arrival time at TCU HS is 10:00 am.

Estimated arrival time to TCU Lonsdale is 11:30.

 

Everyone that enters gets an awesome shirt!

Annual Golf Tournament

The TCU Titan Wrestling Golf Tournament is an annual event that is held at Montgomery National Golf Club 

The date for the 2020 TCU Titan Wrestling Golf Tournament will be on Saturday, September 12, 2020.

Highlighting the wrestling programs of Tri-City United as well as many local and loyal businesses and organizations within the communities of TCU is the focus, along with a large silent auction, good food, and much fun! 

 

Summer 3-2-1

Each summer the TCU Wrestling program the 3-2-1 Challenge is put out to all wrestlers within the TCU area, It is open to all athletes and students within the communities of Tri-City United. 

 

The challenge consists of daily physical challenges to encourage activity, challenging exercise and staying fit throughout the off season.
